What We Handle

One-Time Property Cleanups

When a property has been neglected or has fallen behind, we come in and reset it to a clean, maintainable baseline. Overgrown beds, accumulated debris, dead plant material - handled completely before any ongoing program begins.

Storm Cleanup & Debris Removal

After thunderstorms, hurricanes, or high-wind events, properties need rapid response. We mobilize crews for branch and debris removal, tree clearance, and general cleanup so your property is safe and presentable again.

Freeze Event Response

Dramatic temperature drops can rupture irrigation systems and create hazardous ice conditions. We respond with irrigation winterization, backflow removal, Peladow ice melt application, and system drainage to protect your property and people.

Freeze Event Response

Freeze event response
for systems and people

A hard freeze doesn't just damage plants - it can destroy irrigation infrastructure and create serious liability on walkways and entrances. We respond ahead of freeze events where possible, and within hours when called post-event.

  • Irrigation system winterization - draining and blowing out lines
  • Backflow preventer removal and storage
  • Controller shutoff and freeze mode programming
  • Peladow (calcium chloride pellet) ice melt applied to walkways, entries, and parking areas
  • Concrete-safe formula that de-ices quickly with minimal surface damage
  • Post-freeze irrigation system inspection and repair assessment
Why we use Peladow
Calcium chloride pellets activate at lower temperatures than rock salt, work faster, and cause significantly less damage to concrete and surrounding vegetation. It's the responsible choice for commercial properties.
